Phil Robertson, The Quintessential Nut, Barks Again

Is it possible that there are people who take this CHARLATAN, swindler, con-artist, cheat, con, fake, fraud, imposter, mountebank, phony, pretender, quack, sham, rip-off artist, (and they are just some of the nicer words that describe this idiot) for a real honest- to-goodness cleric, pastor, imam, rabbi, pontiff, bishop, priest, Unitarian Minister, etc.? If it is possible… it’s a pitiful sign of the times we live in! 
Come to think of it, this nut is not new; he’s been around for ages, as the quintessential barker on some street corner, peddling THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END… But in saner times, all (at least most) knew he was off-balance and did not, could not, take him serious… What Happened?
