If ever our Nation needed backbone in our representatives... IT'S NOW! Come on, we voted for you to represent us, do your job and start representing US not the Bush Administration. If you cave to their threats and their appetite for power, you are no better than they. Maybe, I am just a full of clichés, low income, constituent but I think, and I believe, it's about time that you THINK too! Put "Facts Over Fears" and tell Bush, he's wrong to threaten a veto on the FISA debate. He was wrong to eavesdrop without a warrant and involve the large telecommunications companies
to do his dirty work. Tell him this is an act of political blackmail and a gross violation of the balance of powers as stated in the Constitution. Find that

Finally, the House of Representatives has stood up to President Bush's
fear-mongering.

The Bush administration is trying to bully the House of Representatives on an
important bill that affects your privacy. With cries of "soft on terrorism,"
they insisted that the House pass a bill giving immunity to telecommunications
companies that handed over the phone and email records of innocent Americans
without a warrant.

Now the Bush administration is doing everything they can to force Congress to
cave in to their demands. Tell the House to stand strong against such tactics.
